We were incredibly fortunate to be in the Venus room which is not only sumptuous but very well equipped. Our hosts Lisa and Dan made it feel like we were being welcomed home rather than stay in in a B&B. Dinner was gorgeous and they catered to our vegan needs which isn’t common in France at all. Everywhere you look, the maison is beautifully decorated and luxurious. We couldn’t have wished for a better place to stay. We will definitely be back !

I had a wonderful stay at Maison de Mags & Mags! I had the "Venus" room (that is very spacious), and it was beautifully decorated. I really enjoyed the attention to details, how the owner had thought about anytime that could be useful (bottle of water + glasses, tea/boiler, cotton buds, several cosmetics...). The bed was unexpectedly ultra comfortable.
The owner warmly welcomed me, and was super accommodating.
The breakfast was really nice – the croissant and pain of chocolat were definitely good.
I'll definitely recommend this venue, and I hope to go back there.

We stayed at Mags & Mags for two nights and really enjoyed. The English hosts - Lisa & Danny - were an absolute delight and could not have been more accommodating.||The accommodation was ideally situated for a wedding we were attending at a nearby château. Turns out this local wedding venue accounts for much of their business (several of the other guests were attending the same wedding as us).||The rooms were delightful as were the garden, breakfast room and lounging area.||One tip - we paid for a packed lunch for our journey back to England. Lisa really pulled out all the stops for us - it was delicious and far nicer than any of the ultra processed rubbish we would have picked up at the service stations.

Wonderfully lovely place to stay!
Danny Magnus is a very friendly helpful host. The place is restored in a fashion that does justice to history, modern to use and with a humoristic wink.
The room with bad we had was very nice, breakfast is simple and very sufficient, a dinner meal was nice.

All in all absolutely recommended!!

We visited Lanouaille to come and see our wedding venue close by and have a wedding planning trip to cake taste, meet our florist etc. Mags & Mags is only a 2 minute drive from the venue so was an ideal location for us. Lisa & Danny are the friendliest people and just couldn’t do enough for us over the entire stay. On our first night we had a charcuterie board which was absolutely incredible! So many cheeses to try from the local area, and completely spoilt by the portion sizes. |We stayed in the Marie Antoinette room, everything was spotlessly clean with everything we could need in our room. All the rooms are beautifully decorated to a high standard and you can see a lot of hard work has gone into it. The bed was so comfortable and you always had access to tea and coffee whenever you wanted it.|Our first full day in France was a bank holiday (we didn’t realise and everything was closed!) and Lisa & Danny kindly made us a delicious home cooked meal, I would urge anyone to order from their menu, it’s incredible!|There were so many highlights of this trip but Lisa & Danny did everything they could to make it even more special for us, we’re so grateful ?|We will be returning and will book the B&B for our wedding guests next year as it’s such a beautiful place!|Do not hesitate to book, this is a home from home!

We had a delightful stay in Lanouille at Maison de Mags & Mags. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hosts who made sure our every need was met. The rooms were cozy and impeccably decorated, the location was convenient l.

Overall, our experience here was nothing short of wonderful. The combination of comfortable accommodations, friendly hospitality, and beautiful setting made it a memorable stay. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend to anyone visiting Lanouille.

A lovely stay from start to finish, hosts very welcoming, room was beautiful, spotlessly clean and comfortable, gorgeous gardens to sit and relax in, breakfast is a feast and so much choice. There is limited shops locally but you can get anything you need and hosts are very helpful. Can't wait to visit again.

Amazing property with everything that you need to have either a rekaxing break or to exlore the local area. The hosts are so friendly and can't do enough for you and the rooms have been done to such a high standard! We loved our stay here and can't thank Lisa and Danny for their hospitality.
