Read good views of the place and selected it for our stay. We were disappointed.

The property is in a residential area with two guest rooms. The guest house provided to us has a bedroom and a sitting room. The sitting room has chairs and a centre table and a small bed to accommodate any children. The external upkeep is good. There is a small lawn at the rear side with steps going down.

Owner provides home cooked breakfast ( mainly poha). Tea arrangement using hot water kettle is there.

However, maintenance and upkeep of the property is a sour issue. It took some time to get hold of the housekeeper. Aa the main house keeper was on visit outside.

The owner manages this property from some other location. The rooms were not being maintained properly. The bed covers were not replaced. The cleanliness was lacking. Bathroom is not well maintained, toilets also needs maintenance. Bathroom window is open so cool Breeze does come in. The room windows could not be latched properly. The flooring needs relaying to give much neater look. Wash basin is outside however again not well maintained.

The owner has to invest in proper bathroom, even space meant for wash basin can be added to make bathroom bigger. Too much of furniture in the sitting room. Sitting room can be made spacious by removing the middle size bed. Instead one mattresses can be kept for using in the night if additional mattress is needed. Some redesigning/ interior work is needed.

Overall we were not disappointed. Good property, good location however needs sprucing up.

Water got over when we returned back from visit to various tourist spots. When we switched on hot water kettle the inverter gave up. The house keeping staff did respond and resolved the issues.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere. Lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was good. It was clean and roomy. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay.

It's best property to stay in residential area...Good atmosphere, rooms are neat and clean, lovely garden located back side of property..Tree plantation and small lawn gives you a complete nature touch..

Best place to enjoy weekend in chakaldara at affordable price, good for 6-8 people. Food served was really tasty n good.
