Attention: après avoir réservé et payé par booking.co, il m’ont demandé un supplément de 32.84$ pour frais de resort: petit déjeuner, parkings, piscine.
Le petit déjeuner était inclus dans le prix de Booking.com.
Ils n’ont pas de parking.
La piscine est sale et minuscule.
Aucune discussion possible avec le manager.
En conclusion: des malhonnêtes à fuir et à dénoncer. Pour information j’ai failli appeler la police !
Je vous conseille de prendre un logement avant Key West à 30minutes de voiture au Old Wooden Bridge Resort and Marina surtout si vous êtes plus de 2 personnes.

My husband made a reservation through AirBnb; it was a non-refundable reservation. He's a repeat guest of the Tranquilty/Angelina Guest house in Key West. He changed the reservation dates once, when my father fell ill and was hospitalized. Now, my father has passed and he wants to attend the funeral. He contacted this property manager (At Mine Hospitality) via AirBnb to explain the circumstances and requested some consideration, be it a refund, partial refund or even a move to another date for the same price or discounted price. The reply was short, curt, and cold; 'the cancelation policy stands'. This is absolutely horrible customer service. Especially since, we can plainly see online, had he booked through other sites for the same room (and not AirBnb), he would have had the opportunity for a full refund - clearly offered on other third party sites for the same place, same room. We will never stay here again. I know that Key West is busy, and they will always will have guests, but this kind of lack of consideration and compassion is something we will not patronize again. And we'll be sure to tell others.

Unfortunately, not a place we would stay again & definitely not a place we recommend.

CONS:
-our bedroom had a strong odor upon arrival. It turns out, there was mold behind the wallpaper covered wall (maintenance identified a leaking pipe & said they were shocked by how strong the smell was inside the room).
-mold on the bathroom ceiling
-poor quality bedding (thin/stiff sheets) & towels (thin, stained, small size)
-pool's chlorine smell was too strong for comfortable swimming
-very noisy rooms (we were woken up multiple times by neighbors coming home late at night & street noise)

PROS:
-walkable location, pretty/private pool area
-we did get moved to a new room upon request because of the moldy wall
-friendly maintenance/grounds staff

At $450+ a night (“At Mine” from Airbnb) you’d think you get more than a box for a room. When we arrived 1hr after check in a random guy was in the bathroom with no notice “fixing something”.

There’s no room to put your bags to unpack or leave out any clothing, not even on the floor. The toilet seat was broken. The towels provided were atleast washed 1000 times and well past their usefulness. With no place for bags, people likely put their suitcases on the bed and unpack unwarranted visitors. The bedsheets are thin and loose. My partner got 1 bite the first night, 2 bites the 2nd. They moved us to another bigger room on the 3rd night and you wouldn’t guess how many bites she still got then (see pics).

At the end of it all I realized for the price we paid I could’ve stayed at atleast a 4 star hotel. But don’t forget to leave a 5 star review everybody! I give it an extra star for how close it is to everything so you don’t ever have to stay in the room.

Excellent location, beautiful room, and great response from host, highly recommended. Parking is not an issue like some reviews says, just park 1 block away and no issues.

We reserved through Airbnb and the photos of the room were not the room that we stayed in. The bathroom did not have a door or a fan - only saloon style doors that didn’t even close.The room reeked of smoke so bad that I smell it on my headphones a week later. Our towel had a mysterious brown skid mark on it. To top it all off we received a text that said we could get 20% off future bookings but only if we reviewed 5 stars.

The location was pretty nice, but our room in particular was loud because it was so close to the street and there were several roosters nearby. Sound insulation was terrible and we could see daylight through the door when it was closed

Right off the road and you can hear traffic but it feels private. Access to own room and walking distance from food/activities. Pool area is so serene & clean with a waterfall and bench feature. The nature surrounding is amazing to look at as well.
