pacious flat with own equipped kitchen in the heart of Chamonix very close to everything, including ski busses, lifts, central station, just 2 steps from the main street a great supermarket all all stores! Very clean and perfectly equipped for a family with a baby, with all needed facilities, including bed, bath, and a potty. They have their own ski storage next door, plenty of space for everything. The floor in the kitchen was too cold and there were no slippers for this case, which could solve the problem partly. No real view but there are great views if you just slept outside. Btw staff is super friendly and helpful

The staff were super friendly and helpful as well as spoke English! The location was ideal for everything you want to do in Chamonix! The room was clean, cozy, and had an amazing view. We were able to cook a full dinner and enjoy some wine while watching the sunset on the mountains. It was a great stay especially for the price and we would gladly stay again!

Here’s the only small issues for future guests: We couldn’t find the plates at first. They were stored in the tv armoire instead of the kitchen. The stove was hard for us to figure out how to work since they are so different in America. We could’ve used some instructions so we didn’t have to google it. Otherwise amazing trip and amazing place!!

We loved our stay here. It was modern, with great views and very comfortable bed.|We had apartment number 10 on the top level with amazing views of the mountains. Our bedroom had a small balcony which we enjoyed having our morning coffee on. The fully equipped kitchen was great as we enjoyed doing our own cooking for dinner and having our breakfast in the apartment rather than needing to go out. It was spacious enough for the two of us even though there is a pull-out sofa bed in the couch and we also had a single bed in our bedroom. It would probably become a little crowded for four adults but a family with children would be fine.|It is in a great location in the heart of town, with the supermarket less than a minute walk and all restaurants and cafés within 5 minutes. Whilst there is no car parking available you can drop all your luggage off and then park 5 minutes walk away. It does become quite expensive for 1-2 nights €18- 22, but if you are staying longer than 3 nights you are best to purchase a weekly ticket as the price drops significantly. We paid €54 for 4 nights which was a weekly ticket. |These apartments have a small lift which is quite narrow, but it fits one large suitcase and 1-2 Adults, so you just need to do a few trips up if you have more than 1 suitcase. You could actually fit a family of 4 if you all stood close together. |The reason I am mentioning a lift is that some European countries only have stairs in their low level apartments.|It really smells in the entrance of wet carpet but another Tripadvisor review suggested it was the dampness of all the ski gear. This turned you off as you enter however the apartments do not smell so don’t let your first impression worry you.|We were surprised our room was cleaned on the 2nd day unknowingly to us, which was a lovely surprise. perhaps check the cleaning schedule with the reception as we were caught off guard when returning to our room having people in their cleaning. |We would definitely stay here again and we highly recommend it.

Staffs are definitely kind and helpful, and that’s the only legacy of this hotel.

The room is super old…you can say almost broken
The stairs are super narrow and dangerous. It also made lotta noises when you walk on it.
Toilet seat is super super tiny…it’s torture when you are using toilet.

Double bed is super small with small window and view.

The only good thing in the room is they have whole kitchen for you to cook.

It’s definitely not worth and not coming back again hotel

The apartment was very spacious, cute, clean, and comfortable for our stay in Chamonix. The location in town is terrific. I could even see the mountains from the bed. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen. It was a perfect home base for our Mont Blanc adventures.

We really enjoyed this hotel. Breakfast was one of the best we have had while in France, including bacon and eggs even and fresh squeezed juice.

Flo & Ales at the front desk were so welcoming and personable. It's so important to have good staff, and they are making the hotel look great. Professional, polite, funny, and so helpful. They made our stay very enjoyable.

Great two bedroom apartment updated with all the amenities needed to cook dinner including a small dishwasher and oven. The front desk was Extremely helpful and spoke English, as well as French and other languages. The front desk manager, Florian was simply the best!!!
The apartment is around the corner from the pedestrian street and a supermarket. The supermarket had amazing meat that is dry aged. The lift is quite small and was not working on the day we checked out. You need to reserve parking before and pay €15 per night but well worth it. I would also suggest trying the hot tub and sauna in the spa for the additional charge. The only thing drawback is the alley in the back is open to the public and it can get loud at night and seems a bit unsafe if you’re coming back late, we had no issues
