Word to the newcomers and tourists in this area, while looking for a nice place to stay, I would pick anywhere else; and I mean it. I apologize, but the service here is inexplicably awful. The lady here is overly rude.. I think her name was Gayle? I don't know whether she runs it or if she's the owner of it, but either way she definitely doesn't seem to understand hospitality and proper etiquette; considering her attitude and tone I'm surprised anyone is willing to stay here. The water pressure is bad when trying to shower, the room smells old and musty like it's rotting from the inside out(something I really tried my hardest to ignore), and a lot of dust seemed to be gathering as if it hadn't even been touched in maybe over a year? I already have bad allergies when it comes to the pollen and changing of the seasons, but this was absolutely horrendous. The only good thing about this business is the location and the way it looks cozy from the outside; even then it's truly not worth it. Other than that, avoid it altogether and spend your good money elsewhere. My personal suggested recommendation would be the fancy and welcoming Lake Arrowhead Resort across the way, they gave exceptional service whereas this place, as unfortunate as it is to say, fell very short of.

I would like to say first that Gail was amazing and friendly. This hotel reminds me of the quaint boutique hotels you would see in Catalina or The French Quarter. My Almost teen boys loved their nook and the balcony with an amazing view. This is an older property with so much charm!! The continental breakfast was good and she even had fresh donuts. Our room had an espresso machine and I loved it. She called us before our arrival to see when we were planning to show up and had the A/C unit running so our room was cool. We borrowed and watch dvd’s from the lobby and the boys found the oreo cookie jar and popcorn. Overall this was a great getaway and walking distance to the waterfront and shops and restaurants. Would 100% come back!!!

Nice location, cozy room and great value. My wife and I stayed here for a friend's wedding in arrowhead. It is in a good location, is very reasonably priced and has a nice 24/7 snack bar available. I would certainly book again. Parking was also easy.

Arrowhead Lake Inn is one of the best getaway places for me, I highly recommend to give yourself the chance to try it, the customer service it’s just amazing, the stay is hassle free!!! As soon as you make it to the place you will feel disconnected from the city noise, the amenities and overall everything is just GREAT!!!! It’s also pet friendly I love it, it’s also very reasonable Thank you Arrowhead Lake Inn. This place has so much character and charm❤️

I adore it here! I've never met a more hospitable host. The accommodations are homey but basic. The views are absolutely gorgeous. They are very friendly with children and provide snacks and juice boxes for all. There are refreshments for adults, coffee and tea. Breakfast is 24/7. I would love to return and stay an extra day. <3333

A little bit of paradise, we spent one night here and Gail the owner couldn't do enough for us. There is coffee,tea,snacks,cold drinks, bread, pastries pretty much anything you need. Our room was small but had everything we needed. It is less than 5min walk to the main but where the restaurant's etc are. Also down the road is Arrowhead Brewery which is worth a visit?

We come up to Lake Arrowhead twice a year and have stayed at this B&B twice now. It is very easy to make reservations, and the rooms have views of the lake.||We stayed in the room called Sleepy Hollow. I believe all the rooms are separately designed and this place was very quiet at night. It's not far from the main little shopping town area. ||If you come here, don't forget to check out the Queen Boat tour.

This place is so quaint and peaceful. Gail who runs it couldn't do enough for us, coffee,soda,bread,snacks,DVDs all available in the kitchen/lobby, she has obviously invested a lot of time (and money no doubt) into this place and it's lovely. Very close to the shops and restaurants and just down the road from Arrowhead Brewery.
