Me and my friends stayed at Chalet Les Cabris over the Easter Holidays and we had an absolute ball! From the moment we arrived, the owner Jill and manager Katie created a Whatsapp group for us all to communicate throughout our holiday. From transport services, ski passes to questions and advice, the staff were always available at hand.||||Our host Claudia was a super host! She always welcomed us home to a smile and prepared lovely food, catering for all our dietary requirements too (gluten free, vegetarian and vegan). There is two nights the host doesn't cook so I would recommend eating either up the mountain or visiting the Tsarretta bar/restaurant in Les Allues. Our drivers, Dan, Jack and Kevin couldn't be faulted as they were always on time picking us up at the Chaudanne roundabout in the centre of Meribel.||||The chalet was an overall perfect location for a small group of friends to enjoy the Apres in Meribel but also have a relaxing holiday. I couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you again to all the team, it was a pleasure to meet yous all. Hopefully see you guys again soon!

Four of us stayed in Chalet Cabris during the last week in January 2020 and skied as much of the 3V we could manage given 2 days of steady snowfall. We were well looked after by Emma  who provided us with lovely meals and good information. Chalet Cabris was spacious, warm and comfortable and we found the 7 of 8 minute walk to / from the ski bus stop very acceptable so much so that we rarely used the chalet transfer minibus which was on offer. With its mix of old traditional houses and in-keeping new build, we liked Les Allues because it is a real village and not an artificial ski complex. Being several kilometers down the valley from Meribel itself was never a problem. Add in Jill's relaxed management and communication style and we four will definitely be booking again in the future.

Just arrived home after a weeks stay at Les Cabris. What a wonderful chalet! The décor is lovely, and Les Allues is a very pretty little village which is a short distance from Meribel centre itself. ||||Our chalet host JP looked after us all week, his cooking is amazing - I'm sure we have all come back a few pounds heavier! ||||Jill was brilliant ensuring our stay was just what we wanted, and also sorted out our ski passes and provided taxi transfer details too which made organising the whole trip very straightforward. ||||A fantastic chalet, would definitely recommend. And will definitely be returning!

The chalet was perfect! Everything was great. Chalets description promised a lot and redeemed every expectations we had. We were group of 6 friends and everybody thought it was our best ski holiday (we have been skiing many years together and have visit many places). ||||JP was amazing. He made perfect food, so we could just relax and enjoy our holiday. Big thanks to JP for everything!||||Jill bought us ski tickets in advance, Silas drove us to the slopes every day, JP made breakfast and dinner. Just few examples that everything is really easy for guests. No wasting time for everyday routines.||||Location was excellent. There was free bus and gondola in walking distance (150m) and if there is enough snow you can ski all the way back to the village. (remember you don't have to use bus or gondola if you don't want, Silas can drove you to the slopes and back) There is also couple good restaurants in the village example if you want to eat lunch and one mini-market.||||So once more big thanks to JP, Jill and Silas. We had perfect holiday. We recommend this chalet for everyone and I'm sure that we want to visit there again! 5/5

We visited over Christmas 2019 and had a fantastic time . The wonderful Issy looked after us and we had wonderful meals and baking . Everyday we were excited to see what treats were in store waiting for us . The Christmas dinner was excellent with lots of pigs in blankets which is essential for our family ! We had lovely canapés and champagne on Christmas Day also - Issy couldn’t have done more - we wanted to steal her away and bring her home ! The chalet had an amazing hot tub for after a long days skiing and we had access to Dan the driver to take you up and down to the slopes which was great . We also made use of the local Gondola and local free bus service to Méribel (which is only a 10-15 min drive away ) and our teenage kids used the bus service for some Apre -Ski in Méribel for when the times our driver wasn’t working which was useful . The village of Les Allues has a couple of small shops for anything you may have forgotten but the Chalet really has it all . Jill organised the transfer from airport and our ski passes and our ski equipment was delivered and fitted in the chalet by Slide Candy - an excellent service - the equipment was so comfortable and well fitted . Please don’t hesitate to book if you are considering a chalet with access to the 3 valleys ski area it really is excellent value !

The title says it all really. We stayed here week commencing 23rd Feb and couldn’t fault anything from start to finish. The chalet was beautiful and well appointed and the service throughout the week from Jill, JP and Silas was second to none. We’re all missing JP’s fabulous cooking already! You all made us feel so very welcome and I’d recommend this as both a chalet and ski destination to anyone. Keep up the great work guys, it was an absolute pleasure to meet you all.

We booked a week in this chalet having seen the previous reviews and we were not disappointed.||We’ve tried many of Meribel’s chalets over the years and this is without a doubt the best of the bunch.||While it’s a little bit further away from the slopes than some, it has its own transport, so in reality you spend less time walking here than in many of those which claim to be on the slopes.||The building is in fantastic condition. Nothing is tired or worn. They clearly operate a very rigorous maintenance schedule. Our room on the top floor was spotless!||As for the food, Meribel’s other chalets really need to think very seriously about what they’re doing. JP is an excellent cook and a great host. Please can you lock him in a cupboard somewhere so he’s still there when we return? ||Les Allues has managed to retain some of the local culture and is definitely a nicer place to be than the main resorts. ||Finally I’ll admit that I nearly didn’t write this review as I don’t want this place to be fully booked when the time comes for our next skiing holiday.

Most amazing holiday. ||Comfy chalet, great location, hot tub, very good drivers service, good food and lovely staff. ||Les Allues a quaint traditional French village with local shops and restaurants a stone throw from the chalet. ||Our second time with Alpine Ethos, will defiantly be returning.
