If you are considering staying at this hotel, do yourself a favor and book it, you won't be disappointed. From the moment our driver dropped us off, we were greated by the valet staff. They told us where to go to check in. Our room wasn't ready as we got there so early but we were able to leave out bags with the valet team and off to the beach we went. The beach is 3 blocks away but it's maybe a 5-7 min walk as I'm not a fast walker. Tameka at the front desk was AMAZING and so helpful. Our room was absolutely beautiful and overlooked the marina. We enjoyed the pool area every day. There are loungers and tables & chairs throughout the pool deck. We also went to the rooftop bar for food and drinks one night and I'm not going to lie, it was alittle pricey but delicious. Every time we left/returned to the hotel, the valet staff always greeted us and offered us waters. The hotel is close to lots of restaurants, a bank and shopping. Can't wait to return.

Love this hotel. The property is so beautiful and well maintained. Our check in was outstanding. Tameka made us feel extremely welcome and was beyond wonderful with each and every interaction. The valet staff is top notch and treated us with incredible courtesy and consideration every time we made use of the car. The staff at the Bistro were also very courteous and did a great job. Housekeeping staff, particularly Kenya, were fantastic as well. We traveled here to address a serious issue and having a place like this to stay helped alleviate the burden of that. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

The staff was lovely and so accommodating. The two gents at valet, Austin and Jonathan, took incredible care of us and we’re so friendly. Rooms were clean and spacious. The desk made warm milk for our toddler every morning and night. Will be back again!

A very comfortable hotel with friendly staff that are always willing to help. The hotel is undergoing renovations due to hurricane damage, but that did not affect our stay. The rooms that were being worked on were all kept locked. The pool was clean and only valet parking is available if you want to park at the hotel.

We had such a nice stay. Everything was perfect. The hotel was so nice and clean. All of the staff were wonderful from the front desk, valet, housekeeping, bar, bistro. The food was so good! The pool was very nice with all the amenities included 🙂 my family had such a great, relaxing time. The beach is in walking distance as well as shops and so many good restaurants. We had such a nice view of the marina. We will absolutely stay again!

Schönes großes Zimmer, 5 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand.

Leider wurde die hinterlegte Sicherheitskaution 391,00$ einfach abgebucht. Ich habe vor ca. 10 Tagen im Hotel angerufen und mir wurde gesagt, dass man sich darum kümmert und diese Kaution rückerstattet wird. Bis jetzt kein Eingang auf meinem Bankkonto.

Ther service at the hotel was great, especially the valet. Austin and Branden helped us load all our bags into our car. Everytime we needed anything for the room, they brought it right up. The hotel is a little damaged from the hurricane still, but they are repairing. The only disappointment was that the pool is not heated
