Ich buchte für zwei Nächte, zahlte auch für zwei Nächte.
Als ich nach dem ersten Tag kam, waren meine Sachen in einem blauen Sack und mein Zimmer wurde an andere vermietet.

Der Rezeptionist wollte sich damit nicht befassen und sagte nur, er wisse von nichts.

Die Böden im Zimmer sind so schmutzig, dass man Schuhe anbehalten muss.

First off, we were at the airport and called for a shuttle. They said they were sending one. Waited 2 hours and no one showed. Finally got a taxi to take us there and when we pulled up, it was very questionable. The taxi driver asked, "you're actually staying here?" There were junkies everywhere, and near sex shops. My sister booked this because booking.com showed a bunch of fake stock photos that look nothing like this hotel but apparently didn't bother to look at the many reviews that indicate this is a nasty hotel. I'm disabled and we didn't even feel safe getting out of the taxi. Can't speak to what it looked like inside because we got the heck out of the area and went to our next destination. It was scary. I do not advise coming here.

I absolutely do not recommend this hotel
Receptionists are friendly
But
The hotel is next to places dedicated to sex, and the entire street is also dedicated to sex.
The street is completely unsafe, especially after 8 pm.
Sex workers are scattered along the street.
The alcoholic, the high, the homeless, and there is always screaming among them.
At night, hear the screams of women making love.
As for entering the hotel, there is security, but there is no cleaning in the rooms, the room smells bad, there is no air conditioning or fan, there is no tea maker, the TV does not work, there is no safe in the room, and no one understands English.
The price per night is exaggerated at 50 euros per night
This price is after the MasterCard discount, and I do not know why MasterCard is accredited as one of its hotel partners. This is disappointing.
This is my personal experience, and I only give two stars because of the reception workers.
I am very sorry and I hope my English looks correct

Awful! I couldn’t sleep at all because insects were crawling on me. I changed bed 3 times, at the end I tried to sleep on the desk fully clothed and with shoes to escape them but I still got a rash.

1. There are Bed Bugs.
2. Stains the towels and I even had some weird metal mesh on one of them.
3. Stains and burned holes on the bed sheets and pillows.
4. Really scary neighbourhood.
5. The whole carpet is stained and dirty.
6. Burned places and weird green substances on furniture.
7. Wi-Fi not working.
8. Power sockets not working.
9. Dead insects on the wardrobe.
10. Curtain not even standing straight, looked like taken from the trash.
11. Flirty staff, I put a chair in front of my room to be sure no one comes inside.
12. Stains and holes in the bathtub.
13. Mould on the walls.
14. Holes and labels on the walls
15. They made a copy of my identification card, I am not sure if that is still practiced widely.

This place should be checked from the authorities for violation of hygiene requirements! No matter the price it can not be possible to offer rooms in which people get rashes and cannot sleep in.

Hatte mit einer Freundin für eine Nacht gebucht. Für 100€, stornieren konnte man nicht. Unverschämt. Denn dort angekommen, haben wir uns nicht einmal getraut aus dem Auto auszusteigen, weil die Umgebung eine reine Drogenszene ist umgeben von Bordells und Obdachlosen. Ohne auszusteigen, sind wir einfach weiter gefahren und haben uns ein anderes Hotel gebucht. 100€ weg, für nichts.

It was just perfect, as I looked for a room to sleep for just one night and that only a few hours in advance. The room was tidy and clean enough. I didn't have big expectations due to the price of under 60€ for 2 adults and 1 night. We could even make a reservation for a parking space, in ffm city centre, so we didn't have to worry for that issue neither. Check-in and out was super easy and fast, the staff really friendly and nice to us, so even service gets 5stars. I didn't find anything to complain about except the city and it's own issues around the ffm main station... But nothing the hotel could do better!

2. Ripped sheets
3. Not clean under the bed or nightstand or side of bed
4. WiFi not working
5. Not clean
6. Bathroom filthy
7. Toilet brush broken

9. Improvised sink draining pipe thing?
10. Drug users in the ‘hotel’
11. People screaming at 4 am
12. Horrible area full of junkies and drug abusers
13. The ‘hotel’ is towards the middle of the buildings and it’s surrounded by nasty people the whole street especially at night…
As a young woman traveling on my own for work events, I was on the phone to my partner the whole time because I felt so unsafe. It’s really the last place you want to be ESPECIALLY as a woman and ESPECIALLY on your own.
Honestly, for the price it’s not even worth it. The only reason I went with this place was because it was so affordable. Definitely learned reading the reviews!!
Please please please don’t go if you’re a woman traveling solo!
