This was honestly my best stay in Berlin thanks to Limehome. Access, location, room and amenities were all worked great for me - and I think it's a great deal price-wise. Highly recommended if you're looking for where to stay in Berlin and want something more than a hotel room.

I contacted them in the morning at 9am, and initially, the response was prompt. My issue was that the radiators weren't working, leaving the towels wet. I asked for the radiators to be fixed, but after that initial response, they went silent for the rest of the day. After spending 13 hours out and about, I came home hoping to shower, only to find the towels still damp and the problem unresolved.

This experience has left me frustrated. Both my husband and I feel we have no choice but to leave a negative review. A place like this cannot be considered a home; at home, I have extra towels, and I know how to operate the radiator. This was truly disappointing and far from a comfortable stay.

They have selfcheckins. Rooms were clean and well maintained. Location is good as its just 2 stops to Postdamer platz. Heating, ventilation, water and other services were good however there was a weird noise from the radiator unit. Overall good experience

I contacted them in the morning at 9am and they answered me immediately, my problem was that the radiators were not working and the towels were wet, I asked to fix the radiators, but during the day they simply stopped answering me, when I returned home, after 13 hours spent in the city, I would like to take a shower, but I can’t, because the towels are still wet.

My problem was not solved, and my wife and I will be forced to leave negative review. This cannot be called a home, at home I have spare towels or I know how to turn on the radiator, this is disgusting

Las habitaciones estaban bastante bien, pero en una de las dos que cogimos faltaba vitrocerámica / placa de cocina para cocinar. Nos apañamos cocinando en la otra habitación. No hay ningún personal en el edificio de apartamentos. Tampoco hay ninguna consigna en el edificio para poder dejar el equipaje después de hacer el check-out y mientras esperas para coger el vuelo de regreso. Tuvimos que ir con las maletas por la ciudad.

The location is excellent, very central. The neighborhood is good and safe. The apartment was clean and very spacious. Good sleep quality, comfortable bed and quiet. The building is well maintained. Value for money. I definitely recommend it.

Good location and building looks nice, but fire alarm went off several times during stay meaning evacuation outside three times. Also no cup in my room, so couldn’t even drink the tap water. Some basics missing.
