Superbe chambre à un prix défiant toute concurrence à Frankfort pendant Light & Building. Franchement, je fais ce salon depuis des années, et c'est la plus belle chambre à moins de 140e que j'ai pu avoir. Le seul hic, l'environnement autour de la gare qui est de pire en pire tous les ans...

Having mixed feelings about the place as we felt that the room and ambience was good. However there were a number of hassle prior to getting yourself to the room.

1) Checking in and out might be a problem if you intend to check in early and check out late because it is a self check in/out and there is absolutely no help nor concierge to take care of your baggage before and after if you are thinking of doing so. There is no common toilet at the lobby, only toilet is in your room that is if you get your room ready in time. Access code is required for you to enter the main lobby otherwise you will be stuck outside, helpless. You will need to receive an email at least one day prior to your stay, I did not received any email nor notification about my stay until I arrive the property. No one was there to help, housekeeping had very nasty service of not speaking at all. Even though there was a QR code for WhatsApp, it apparently doesn’t work. I managed to only contact customer service after searching through the website abit. It was extremely frustrating trying to figure out the check in procedure. Definitely not good if you are traveling with elderlies, children, pregnant and in an urgent need of the washroom. Felt that it was a rather stressful and painful experience that should never happen to anyone during a vacation.
2) expect data connection to go haywire. WhatsApp replies were not immediate, expect waiting time as mentioned early check in is nearly quite impossible.
3) there was a bit of a messed up in the allocation of the rooms, will not mention in details but definitely gave us a shock. Glad the customer service reverted and we had one room we could check in slightly before 3pm. However, waiting time of at least 30mins for replies is quite a norm.
4) room was spacious and nice. Not much place for hanging of clothes and towels even in the toilet. Only 3 in 1 wash is provided. Expect to bring your personal shampoo and conditioner if you are picky.
5) the room was rather noisy when the windows were opened, sound proof is good after you closed the windows. Thankful for cooling weather and the fan.
6) simple kitchen wares and seasonings are provided if you are looking to do some light cooking.
7) no proper drop off/pickup area if you are traveling via car. Very near Frankfurt hbf station.

All in all it was a good stay, just some hiccups here and there during the check in. I would visit again if their checking in were smoother.

Super zentral mit voll ausgestatteten Appartement. Bin sehr positiv überrascht, dass es sogar eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler gibt. Hier lässt es sich sogar für längere Urlaube gut leben.

Near the main train station this place offers easy access to Frankfurt centre.

The room was spacious and airy, with simple kitchen facilities. The kitchen had no microwave. The shower was good but very small.

Crucially no Aircon so stays in the summer would be difficult. High quality windows keep the busy street noise out when closed, but noise and pollution would be a problem with open windows.

Most frustrating was the street entry system. Keypad was so time sensitive I never managed to open the door first time and I saw others struggling. Enter your code, press the tick button on the pad then PUSH the door at exactly the right moment, not half a second too soon or too late.

This place was good value.

Summary fine but comes with niggles.

- Nach Online-Checkin kamen Zugangsdaten nur auf Nachfrage
- Föhn fehlte im Zimmer (gehört standardmäßig dazu), wurde dann auf Nachfrage gebracht
- Bad/Küche waren nicht ganz sauber
- Zimmer etwas abgenutzt (Duschtür, Vorhang, Wände)

War Positiv überrascht vom Limehome in Frankfurt. Wirkt alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Zimmer und Bad waren wirklich sehr schön und Sauber. Kann man aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen.
