What am awesome place. I called with a same day emergency and she delivered. She has me to try on my dress it was too bug, she had shoes for me to slip into measured and made the adjustments I needed and BOOM!! IT was done. I highly recommend this location for your alteration needs.

The only reason they were given one star is because I had no other choice. I went in on Saturday to pick up my garments, and as i was standing there no one greeted me at all. In fact one of the ladies looked up at me twice and continued working at the sewing machine. But, as soon as this guy comes in she springs up out of her seat to assist him. I actually had to ask her to assist me first, and she still helped him first. To add insult to injury another customer comes in and she proceeds to help her and the lady had to gesture for her to help me first as it was OBVIOUS that I was there before her. I was astonished because that has never happened there before. If you value customer service and being treated with decency I would avoid this place at all cost. I will be finding a new place to take my business.

First, the staff here is extremely unfriendly. Second, I dropped my jacket off for what I thought was a simple repair (buttons replaced and small hole sewn back together). Upon pick up/examination of repairs, I immediately saw the “repair” and was extremely surprised at how AWFUL it looked. Instead of simply informing me that the repair wouldn’t be possible, they decided to take my money anyway and RUIN my favorite jacket with a lackluster/rushed/hideous “repair”.

I went to this shop to get a belt put on my dress for a wedding I am in. I hang the dress on the hanger rack to show the owner how the belt needs to be put on the dress. She proceeds to tell me what looked better. I explain to her what the bride wanted. I called the bride in front of her to reiterate what I wanted done to make sure she understood. Well I went to pick up the dress and the belt was put on wrong. I paid $50 to have this done and it was done the way I specifically told her not to do it. The sad part is that she made a mistake and refused to correct it and ignored me. She was very Nasty and the bride heard her yelling at me. The wedding is in 3 days. I have to find someone to fix it and repay for May’s mistake! I will never go back there again. I will not recommend NO ONE!
