Que loja horrível, vou contar minha péssima e humilhante experiência!!

Comprei um minoxidil 3 anos atrás, "enviaram" certamente preencheram tudo errado, que a alfândega devolveu o produto! até aí tranquilo...

Eles disseram que ia mandar crédito na conta quando receber o pacote! Aguardei...O Brasil mandou de volta!

E para minha surpresa a SAMEDAY parou de responder Emails,instagram,youtube! Apagaram todos meus comentários, TUDO!! (E provavelmente vão apagar esse também), até o hitorico de conta das minhas compras. ISSO É RIDÍCULO! de Verdade se alguém ler ESSE comentário (NÂO COMPREM NESSE SITE) do fundo meu coração.

Se alguém da equipe dessa loja ler esse comentário digo o seguinte: É EXTREMAMENTE RIDICULO E TOTAL DESCASO oque a equipe de vocês fizeram!

A resposta deles para pacote devolvidos: "Desculpa pelo ocorrido quando recebemos o pacote fisico vamos emitir crédito e bla bla bla" Agora me respondam...os pacotes devolvidos vão para Narnia? Pq quase 3 anos?

1. A mercadoria foi enviada, como eles não aderem ao programa "remessa conforme" dos orgãos federais do Brasil a mercadoria vai ser taxada ao chegar na aduana em Curitiba. O que não é um grande problema a não adesão deles.

2. Foi muito mal embalado, não é colocado dentro de uma caixa além daquela do próprio produto, infelizmente um frasco estava defeituoso e veio a derramar 80% de 1 frasco. A caixa chegou destruida.

Update:

1. The merchandise was sent, as they do not adhere to the "compliant shipping" program of the federal agencies in Brazil, the merchandise will be taxed upon arrival at customs in Curitiba. It's not a big problem if they don't adhere.

2. It was very poorly packaged, it is not placed in a box other than that of the product itself, unfortunately one bottle was defective and 80% of 1 bottle spilled. The box arrived destroyed.

I had requested the cancellation of the purchase on 07/04/2024, and today (08/04/2024) they shipped the product. This is a serious failure in the process because I indeed wanted the cancellation.

Eu havia solicitado o cancelamento da compra em 07/04/2024 e hoje (08/04/2024) eles enviaram o produto. Isso é uma falha grave no processo pois eu realmente queria o cancelamento.

It has been exactly 1 month, 1 week and 5 days since I sent you the proof that Canada refused my products. You wrote me that I had to wait for you to receive the products, but it is no longer my responsibility since the moment my products were not accepted. I do not have to wait to be reimbursed since I will never receive the supplements and I am not supposed to be penalized because it means that there would be a possibility that I will not be reimbursed? I waited 1 month before receiving a refusal response and now it has been exactly more than 1 month. I am waiting for the refund with photo proof of the documents that Canada refused the products. I will not change my mind until I am reimbursed.(sorry google traduction)

Being that i live across the pacific in THE MOST REMOTE PLACE ON EARTH...I spend a lot of time researching WHO can give me the BEST DEAL when it comes to purchasing, well, ANYTHING!!! The infamous "SHIPPING & HANDLING" is a complete and utter NIGHTMARE here and can sometimes (more often then NOT) costs more then the actual products I'm trying to purchase!

Beware of this company. They purchase reviews to maintain their reputation. I’m from Brazil, and my order was returned to them over a year ago, but they never issued a refund. They are scammers and I do not recommend them at all. I will be traveling to the U.S. at the end of the year and plan to go there with the police myself.
