I've traveled with many ski holiday carriers over the years and Chalet Co is far and away the best. They are honest business people, fun to work with, committed to quality, and have a surprising ability to recruit and retain amazing & talented chef-hosts year after year. I am a return customer to the Chalet Co, benefitting from their boutique services in 2018, 2022, and 2024. Each year my high expectations were exceeded.
I cannot recommend this group more strongly enough. I sing their praises to anybody I meet who is struggling to arrange a ski holiday.

So great to be back in Chalet Evergreen after having missed last year because of the pandemic. As in previous years, everything was fantastic. Delicious meals served by wonderfully accommodating hosts, for whom nothing is too much trouble - every dietary whim catered for. The organisation and help before we got there made everything so seamless, airport transfers and lift passes all sorted well in advance. The Chalet itself is a dream, and the atmosphere created is just wonderful. This is a fabulous company who look after their clients and make the holiday extra special - so good, in fact, that we've already booked for next year!

The chalet company were absolutely excellent. The communication pre-holiday was really helpful and effective to ensure we had everything organised and understood. The chalet was wonderful and just what our group of 12 where after. But the absolute cream of the chalet company is their attentive staff our chef and chalet host were brilliant, fantastically kind individuals for whom nothing was too much bother - but with a personality and good fun. The drivers were excellent, the other host staff were brilliant. All in all great. We couldn't have asked for more. See you next year.

I booked the chalet company after a recommendation from my brother who stayed with them in 2018 (pre-pandemic). Having worked as a chalet host myself I knew, (or at least thought I knew), what standard to expect. I can honestly say our group was blown away by the whole in resort team. From the flexibility of the drivers, the high restaurant quality of the food, and warmness/kindness of the chalet hosts, it quickly Became apparent that my standards needed to be raised significantly. Cannot thank the team enough. It’s great to see a business thrive after a tough few years with COVID! Can’t wait to book next year !

A group of 14 of us stayed at Chalet Impala in Meribel in March '22 after a two year COVID delay. The entire process from start to finish was a delight - Anneliese, Phil and team were responsive and helpful and the online platform made it an extremely intuitive trip to organise. Our chalet staff were professional, energetic, a joy to be around, and great cooks! We're already looking to book for 2023 - thanks, team!

We stayed in Chalet l'Orgentil in February 2016. Great chalet, fantastic location and a lovely host to boot. Anneliese helped with all pre-organisation, taking the hassle out of everything and then our host, Thomas, picked up where she left off. Add to that, his cooking was amazing (average weight gain was about half a stone!) and he was great fun with the kids and adults. Really couldn't have asked for more...!

I stayed in Chalet Evergreen with my gf (and 14 other friends!) in February 2016. We probably wern't the easiest of guests but Rob & Kay never showed any sign off that! The chalet was lovely, closer to the slopes than we could believe and great facilities - the hottub was well-used! Food was lovely, really hit the spot as we didn't want too fancy. Thanks Rob & Kay...you were gracious hosts!
