We had the loveliest stay with Alex and Jenny. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and to make sure we made the most of our stay. The room was gorgeous and the bed was incredibly comfortable! Would highly recommend and hope to visit again. Thanks!

Travelling on a bike, I never know where my day will end and so do not make reservations. Showing up unexpectedly at their doorstep, Jenny and Alex and their canine crew took me in without hesitation and provided me a very warm welcome. They have lots of stories to tell, about their centuries-old house for example. I can warmly recommend a stay here!

A beautiful stay, in a stunning house full of history and character, with very interesting and kind hosts. The garden has stunning views over the surrounding area and the two dogs (Scottish Terrier and a Bichon Frise) are adorable. They even said that they’d collect us from the nearby train station for a small additional fee, if necessary. The village Nanteuil-en-Vallee is a quintessential French town with a church whose bells ring out regularly, and coffee and ice-cream nearby. Overall a great stay! Thank you Jenny and Alex.

We had the loveliest stay because of the very friendly hosts in this chamber d'hotes. The house is gorgeous, beautiful stone building with quirky furniture, books and paintings. Great room to the front of the house, very private away from the hosts part of the house. Large room with the most comfortable double bed and quiet room. Large bathroom with very powerful shower. We had great fun talking to and spending time with the hosts. They were very knowledgeable about the area, and very interesting about the French way of life. They have two of the most adorable well trained dogs, I fell in love with Milo and Charlie. We are two weeks traveling around this part of France, and without doubt this is the best place we have stayed. I have to admit normally we keep to ourselves when we are in shared accommodation but this time we didn't and I am glad. The hosts made this an exceptionally enjoyable visit - so kind with their time, knowledge and interesting conversations. The village is SO French with narrow cobbled streets and stone and wood buildings - lovely cafe just near the house. Would definitely stay here again, the hosts made this a magical stay for us.

Stayed here for two nights. Beautiful old house wonderfully decorated with homely atmosphere. Outdoor terrace with seating area and fabulous views. Luxurious bedroom with ensuite, powerful shower, spotlessly clean.
Welcoming hosts happy to share information about the area.

Excellent hosts , Alex and Jenny were always available to assist. The room was extremely comfortable and clean offering a level of grandeur. Would highly recommend and definitely return again.
