Positive points:
The room is nice, and the hotel provides coffee in the room. The hotel is beautiful and clearly recently renovated. It features a pleasant restaurant area and a good breakfast buffet. There is also a gym and a spa with a small swimming pool suitable for relaxation, a small hot tub, a steam room, and a sauna.

Negative points:
I found the previous guests’ underwear in the wardrobe. The bathroom ventilation system was not working, and the view from the room was very poor. Hygiene rules are not enforced, and many guests are not well-mannered. No guests wear slippers in the pool area; in the steam room there is not even a water hose to rinse the seating areas; in the sauna, guests do not use towels to sit on. The gym equipment is often dusty, and guests do not use towels to cover the equipment while exercising.

Suggestions:
I recommend that the hotel provide proper flip-flops suitable for the pool instead of fabric slippers. Clear instructions should be given to all guests, and hygiene rules should be enforced in both the pool and gym areas. Children should not be allowed to enter the sauna and steam room. Hotel staff should regularly supervise the gym and pool areas for safety as well as hygiene reasons.

The renovation of the hotel's common areas was very well done, but unfortunately not in the rooms, which are the same as ever! Old and with the same carpet that has been there for 20 years.||It is a 4-star hotel that claims to be the best in the area. They do not have room service for drinks.||If you want something, you have to go and get it at the bar.||Madness!||The gym is extra! Madness!

Stayed here overnight after a wedding. It was comfortable and the service is great ! Just mind that the elevators are rather small.

SCAM

I needed to charge my phone here as I stopped off for dinner, and they recommended I use the portable power banks they supply.

I paid for one - it didn't come out the machine. I complained at reception, they said it was "just a glitch" and that I need to pay again. So I did.... And guess what, I paid physically twice, and got charged four times!

No manager was on site, so they gave me the details of a manager who is ignoring my messages/calls.

- there is a big difference in the rooms.
We booked 2 superior, 1 was large with space for 3 people, 1 was very small. Both are same price and you don't know what you get.
- rude staff, tried to make us pay extra even though we requested a late check out on arrival, and were told no extra charges for just an hour.
- pool + sauna are very small, shouldn't count as "wellness". There was also an external Aqua aerobics class going on, so we couldn't use the pool?

The restaurant was 1/3 full for at least 5 workers there. We came to see messy tables full of leftovers, when we sat down nobody took care of our order for 30 minutes so we just left hungry.
Horrible experience for such a nice looking place with very high prices.

UPDATE
There is no management in this hotel at all.
No staff member is authorised to do anything at all and all blame eachother for constant and repeated failings.

If you are looking for a well run hotel with any element of customer service, avoid this place.

Tried room service.
Ordered 6 things.
All were wrong - see photo.
Staff response " yes it is all wrong but the restaurant is busy".

Staff had no clue how to use the electric car chargers for hire cars.
They should just say download the Tesla app and use those chargers rather than drive for 10 minutes and see if there's a charger in town.

The room service menu is ......kept at reception.....not in the room...Not sure who worked out that's how guests want it to work?

Some restaurant staff excellent, some erm...not so. Don't get seen dropping bread roll and still serving it...don't take starter cutlery away and not replace it for main course.

No bath in bathroom..

Pool only available for swimming at certain hours.

Breakfast excellent, breakfast staff excellent.

Wet robes not replaced in room.

Coffee machine in room didn't work. Reported it, 4 days later it still doesn't work.

Mini bar not refilled when empty from day 1.
Cups removed and not replaced so even if it did work there is nothing to drink from.

Kind of average hotel but poorly run.
Looks good from outside and in pictures.
Balcony ok.

Jacuzzi in wellness centre has been broken for 3 days now.
Pool has sharp broken tiles on the edge of the pool.
There are sharp pieces in the pool floor.

None of the hotel chosen option buttons to review the hotel were appropriate for this stay

Quiet...car park overloaded and hotel events.
High tech- room had a TV but no smart devices or tech at all.
